Aaah-chooo! The lovely day we spent in Copenhagen yesterday resulted in a mild cold, but I swear it was totally worth it! : )
The town was covered in a thick layer of snow, and we spent most of the afternoon admiring the stunning Christmas decorations in Tivoli gardens. I have to admit that I find really hard to describe the magic and beauty of the park in December, when thousands of lanterns and light threads shine and sparkle over the snow, and the whole gardens look as an enchanted Scandinavian realm.
We explored the Christmas market, had some hot chocolate and enjoyed a rollercoaster ride, but the most pleasant thing of it all was wandering around while discovering the many beauties of the park. Just awesome! : )
And of course we were freezing, so I guess that explains my sneezing and coughing today.. but hey, not a high price to pay for such a wonderful day, right? ; )
